Refund policy
Ally's Creative Corner does not offer returns. Everything we make is custom and made to order. If a package is lost or damaged in transit that is not ACCs fault. Once the package is shipped, it is out of our control. In the case something does happen please reach out to us and we can see what can be done. We work closely with USPS and will do everything we can to get to a resolution.
We use the best quality of manufactures, if in the instance you notice anything happening with your product in the first week please message us. ACC is not responsible for user error of products as everything is tested and sent to our high standards.
